Building his career over 30 years, Les specialised as a lawyer in international real estate investment and funds management.
As a legal and strategic advisor to many of his clients, he advised major domestic and international corporations, sovereign wealth funds, foreign pension funds, domestic and foreign private investors, private equity groups, institutional funds, funds investors, and investment managers – spanning most asset classes across several geographies.
With transactional experience in Australia as well as Asian, US and European markets, Les has been at the forefront of cross border real estate capital flows by new foreign entrants, into and from the Asia Pacific real estate markets.
Most recently with global law firm DLA Piper – Les gained a reputation for working alongside clients developing business and investment strategies, identifying and initiating opportunities and providing strategic advice as a trusted advisor to his clients.
